UPDATE ON FORM SUBMISSION
All those who wish to volunteer and work with Pakistan United need to follow the instructions below:
The Volunteer Form has been updated to be able to automatically submit online.
Go to the following link to download the form in PDF format:

If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, Download it from:
ADOBE READER
Open up the pdf file. Fill in the required information. Hit Submit at the bottom right.
If you use a desktop email service like, OUTLOOK, Windows Mail, Thunderbird.. etc, then choose that option and click send.
If you use a formal email service like GMAIL, HOTMAIL, YAHOO etc, then choose the "Internet Email" option which will allow you to save the FILLED IN PDF form
(Please use your first name as the name of the saved file), you can then attach and email to pakistanunited10@gmail.com.
To make this fully automated, we will need to move from blogger to our own domain name which is a potential future possibility. In the meantime, just follow the above instructions.

These forms are for record keeping only so we will appreciate if you if you fill in accurate information.
*Only Senior Members of Pakistan United will have access to this information.
Please send in your request as soon as possible as we are setting up a Donation camp soon and will need volunteers.
